Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to inventory availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery usually takes approximately 7–18 business days, depending on the destination, local carrier operations, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped, when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, and remote-area delivery may cause delays. NOQIVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
